"BEEBWATCH" aims to be the eyes and ears for an increasingly concerned British Public.
About Us
The name "BEEBWATCH" was originally conceived by a journalist for the Telegraph and in the absence of a better name "BEEBWATCH" seemed most appropriate.
Obviously the Telegraph's campaign quickly succeeded in achieving what it had set out to do; primarily gaining a reaction from the pundits on the left. Our Aim
The website's aim is to raise public awareness of the dangers of a potentially biased public media and request your help in voluntarily monitoring its output.
You can sign-up and log your findings on the members' forum, discuss current topics and add your voice to the debate. Ultimately though we're asking that you lend your name and email to the electronic petition, aimed at achieving one million signatures in a bid to call for the abolition of the licence fee.
2006 sees an above inflation increase in the licence fee.
£131.50 rising to £200 in ten years, we ask
is it worth it?
